How We Document Every Run
- Base test reports cover each collection’s materials and construction.
- Batch numbers link production dates to lab results for full recall traceability.
- Pre-shipment photos archive carton contents, labels, and packing condition.
- Independent re-testing can be arranged before shipment for sensitive programs.
Materials Behind the Certificates
Slow-rise PU foams, latex-free TPR shells, food-grade silicone parts, and phthalate-free paints across the range. Material data sheets are available per SKU – ask with your quote.
