What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQs vary by product, typically from 48 to 288 pcs per carton. Mixed-carton orders are welcome on most lines, so you can test several SKUs in one shipment.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Paid samples ship within 3-5 days by express, and the sample cost is credited against your first bulk order.
What certifications do you have?
CPC and EN71 come standard across the range. ASTM and other market-specific reports are available on request.
How does DDP shipping work?
We quote one landed cost covering freight, insurance and import duties, delivered to your door. The number you sign is the number you pay.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% deposit and balance before shipment. Established buyers can discuss flexer terms after the first few orders.
How long does production take?
Stock lines ship in 3-7 days after payment. OEM/ODM runs typically take 15-30 days depending on tooling and quantity.
Can you print my logo on the toys?
Yes. Logo embossing, printing and full private-label packaging are available. See the OEM / ODM page for the process.
Do you inspect before shipping?
Every order passes pre-shipment inspection with photo reports sent to you before goods leave the factory.

1. Before you order
What is the minimum order quantity?
48 pieces per design — and you can mix designs freely to fill one carton, so testing three styles costs the same freight as one.
Can I get a price list?
Yes. Request the catalog sheet via the contact page and you receive itemized FOB + DDP pricing within 24 hours.
How do samples work?
Samples ship in 3–7 days by DHL/FedEx, and your sample cost is credited back on the first bulk order.
What payment terms do you accept?
30% deposit to start production, balance against the B/L copy. Wire transfer and T/T; PayPal for sample fees.
How fast will I get a quote?
Every RFQ receives an itemized reply within 24 hours on business days — unit price, carton specs and DDP landed cost included.
What is the minimum for private label?
OEM logo printing starts at 500 pieces per SKU; fully custom retail boxes at 1,000 pieces.
Can I visit or audit the factories?
The Yiwu desk welcomes visits by appointment, and live video walk-throughs of partner workshops are available anytime.
2. Sampling stage
Which courier ships samples?
DHL or FedEx door-to-door in 3–7 days worldwide — tracking is shared automatically.
Can I sample several designs at once?
Yes — mix any designs into one sample carton and pay a single freight fee.
Can the sample itself be customized?
Logo printing and color swaps work at sample stage; structural or tooling changes are quoted separately before we proceed.
How do I approve mass production?
You approve the golden sample plus pre-production photos; the bulk run starts only after your written confirmation.
What if my sample differs from the listing photo?
Tell us within 7 days — we remake affected samples free or adjust the quote, whichever you prefer.
Do you check samples before sending them?
Every sample is photographed before dispatch so both sides share the same condition record.
3. Production stage
How long does bulk production take?
15–25 days after deposit for most lines; reorders with existing tooling run faster at 10–18 days.
Who inspects the goods?
Our desk QC verifies count, workmanship and labels — you receive photo records covering every batch.
Do certificates cover my specific batch?
Yes. Batch numbers tie production dates to current CPC/EN71 reports, archived with your order file.
Will I get updates while production runs?
Milestone updates land at material-in, mid-line and packing stages — each with photos.
What happens if production is delayed?
Delays beyond 5 days trigger written notice with a revised schedule and, where applicable, compensation credit.
Can you produce with my packaging design?
Yes — send print-ready artwork; retail boxes typically require a 1,000-piece minimum.
What if I find a quality issue after receiving goods?
File a claim with photos within 14 days; approved claims are replaced on your next order or credited — usually resolved within one business day.
Is my custom design protected?
Custom molds and artwork stay exclusive to your account, and we sign NDAs on request.
4. Shipping & after-sales
What does DDP actually include?
Ocean or air freight, customs clearance, duties and taxes — nothing is owed when the carton reaches your door.
Are duties really prepaid?
Yes — they are billed upfront in your invoice; drivers never collect extra money at delivery.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link goes out at vessel departure, followed by milestone emails until proof of delivery.
Is air freight available?
Express air runs 5–9 days for urgent top-ups, quoted per weight class.
Something arrived damaged — now what?
Send photos within 14 days: approved claims ship replacements on your next order or receive credit, typically within one business day.
How fast can I reorder?
10–18 days — tooling, QC baselines and compliance documents stay on file from your first run.
Can I change the product mix on a reorder?
Anytime. Tier pricing recalculates per design even inside mixed cartons.
When do I pay the balance?
Against the B/L copy for sea orders; before flight departure for air shipments.
Who handles customs clearance on my side?
Under DDP our forwarder clears destination customs — you simply receive the carton.
