Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how King Squishy (kingsquishy.com) and its trusted partners use cookies and similar technologies when you visit our site.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences, measure traffic, and keep the site secure. Some cookies are strictly necessary and cannot be turned off; others are optional and only load after you give consent.
Cookies we use
| Cookie / service | Type | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| bj_consent | Strictly necessary | Remembers your accept / decline choice so the banner does not reappear on every page. Stored for 1 year. |
| WordPress & WooCommerce session cookies | Strictly necessary | Keep the site working — remember login state, cart contents, and CSRF protection. |
| Cloudflare | Strictly necessary | Performance and security — serves cached pages faster and protects the site from attacks. |
| Rank Math | Functional | SEO tracking and analytics for our own reporting. Loaded on consent. |
| Google Analytics (GA4) | Analytics | Measures traffic and behaviour anonymously (IP anonymised) so we can improve the site. Loaded only after you click Accept. |
| Microsoft Clarity | Analytics | Heatmaps and session recording to understand how buyers use the site. Loaded on consent; personal data is handled per Microsoft’s policies. |
Your consent
When you first visit, a banner asks you to Accept or Decline. Analytics cookies load only after you click Accept. If you click Decline or leave the site without choosing, only strictly necessary cookies are used and no analytics are loaded.
How to manage or delete cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings — most browsers let you block or delete specific cookies, or clear them when you close the browser. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the site functions.
To clear the bj_consent choice we stored, delete cookies for kingsquishy.com in your browser settings. The banner will then ask you again on your next visit.
