2. Factory match & quote. Match the brief to vetted factories and request pricing at your target quantity, including shipping terms (always ask for DDP alongside FOB so you can compare true landed cost).
3. Sample sign-off. Approve a physical sample before any bulk run — typically 3–7 days including courier time.
4. Production & inspection. Standard runs take 15–30 days depending on quantity and customization; inline QC during production plus a pre-shipment inspection with photo report closes the loop.

Quality control that actually matters for fidget toys

• Squishies: slow-rise recovery (should spring back in 1–3 seconds), seam integrity, scent (strong chemical smell = reject batch).
• Squeeze cubes & poppers: button actuation force consistency across the batch.
• Stress balls: fill weight tolerance and seam burst resistance.
• Printed/painted parts: rub test for ink transfer, especially on items children mouth.
